Aminian Business Services recently partnered with LifeProof, the innovative and groundbreaking manufacturer of premium smartphone/tablet cases and accessories on the implementation of NetSuite’s cloud-based business management software solution. Debuting in 2011, LifeProof is a vibrant company based in San Diego that designs, manufactures and markets an entirely new category of products that enable full functionality and interactivity under any conditions encountered in daily life.
Prior to moving to NetSuite, LifeProof employed multiple, non-integrated software systems for order management, accounting, customer support, and customer relationship management (CRM). As LifeProof’s NetSuite solutions provider, Aminian Business Services was charged with creating a business management software system that integrated LifeProof’s sales department, inventory management, accounting, customer support, and CRM business processes into a single, cloud-based data source. To accomplish this, Aminian’s team of NetSuite ERP consultants developed a comprehensive implementation process, which included:

Aminian’s efforts resulted in the creation of a completely automated sales process and an automated customer support system within NetSuite. From order approval and billing to inventory management and logistics, every facet of the LifeProof organization works seamlessly from a secure, cloud-based data source. Aminian’s implementation process also included the facilitation of LifeProof’s e-commerce platform integration with NetSuite. Additionally, Aminian collaborated with B2BGateway to deliver a powerful EDI and 3PL solution, which aided the LifeProof organization in establishing new business relationships and responding to the increased demand for their award-winning products.
Since going live in the cloud, LifeProof has established new EDI relationships with customers, increased sales by over 300%, and successfully prepared for an acquisition by Otterbox through the use of NetSuite.
